Painting

We offer commercial and industrial painting services in the Stratford, Connecticut, area. We do both interior and exterior work and offer specialty paint products from recognized brands like Sherwin-Williams and Benjamin Moore.

All of the necessary surface preparation work is done before we start painting and we can utilize spraying, brushing, or rolling techniques based your unique needs.

Parking Deck Membranes

Unprotected concrete that is exposed to rainfall, freeze-thaw, carbonation, and deicing salts will eventually begin to deteriorate. CMK COATINGS CORP. provides concrete repair services for any cracking or spalling on parking structures in the Stratford, Connecticut, area. Truman Terrell, President – Truman started CMK Coatings Corp. in 1997 after a successful career in the truck washing business and commercial restoration. To this day, Truman takes a hands-on approach and is involved in every aspect of CMK Coatings jobs. With 40+ years in the business, Truman’s knowledge and expertise is a key factor in CMK’s success.
 
Kyle Terrell, Vice President – Kyle started with CMK full-time in 2010, after working many summers with his father throughout high school and college. Kyle is involved in every aspect of the business, from Estimating to on-site Project Management. Working alongside his father, Kyle commits to continue the success of the business by always providing clients with the highest quality products and expert knowledge of the industry.
